TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Final payment must be received 10 weeks before stay.
   
   
2. Prices include for cleaning before and after each booking but not for during stay.
   
   
3. The owners and their Management Company do not accept liability for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to any persons or personal effects.
   
   
4. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the safety and supervision of children in the home and in and around the pool.
   
   
5. If pool heat is required please inform at time of booking.
   
   
6. No liability is accepted for the loss of utilities or for any events beyond our control eg weather conditions, airport closures.
   
   
7. If you wish to cancel your booking notification must be given in writing either to our address or email shown on the booking form at least 21 days before departure. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to departure you will be refunded 100% of any monies paid. 30 - 60 days prior will enable a 50% refund, 21 days or less will be non -refundable.

PRICES

Low season: £350 per week

High Season: (Easter, July, August and Christmas) £400 per week
